Guidelines for Guest Blogging
1. Content Requirements
- The article must be original, unique, and unpublished elsewhere.
- Minimum word count: 800-1500 words (or as per site preference).
- The content should be well-researched, informative, and engaging.
- Use proper formatting (headings, subheadings, bullet points, etc.).
- Articles should be grammatically correct and free of spelling errors.
- Avoid promotional or overly self-promotional content.
2. Topics We Accept
- Provide a list of relevant niches (e.g., Salesforce and Magento.)
- Articles should be relevant to the site’s audience and provide value.
3. Links & Attribution
- One do-follow backlink is allowed in the author bio (or within the content if relevant).
- Internal linking to relevant site content is encouraged.
- No affiliate links or spammy links are allowed.
- Proper attribution for images, statistics, and references is required.
4. Image Guidelines
- Use high-quality, royalty-free images (mention sources if needed).
- Featured images should be 1024×512 px (or as per site requirements).
- Infographics are welcome but should be properly credited.
5. Submission & Approval Process
- Submit articles in Google Docs or Word format.
- Editors may edit or modify content to fit the site’s tone and style.
- Approval may take 3-7 business days (response time may vary).
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any article that does not meet guidelines.
6. Author Bio & Profile
- Provide a short bio (50-100 words) with your submission.
- Include a headshot (optional) and social media links.
- Guest authors must have an active and verifiable online presence on Linkedin.
7. Promotion & Sharing
- Guest bloggers are encouraged to share their published posts on social media.
- We may also promote the content on our social channels and newsletter.
8. How to Submit
- Submit all the relevant details in the submission form.
- The file size shouldn’t exceed the 5 mb limit.
- You can also add your linkedin profile link and custom message with the compulsory details in the form.
