It’s been 73 years of India’s Independence and we couldn’t be happier!! It also happened to be Rakshabandhan on the same day. It was time for a double celebration and we had to share it with you. We celebrated Independence day for the 6th time as a company and it feels surreal to see how far we’ve come. Our office was filled with the tricolors of the national flag. Independence day without kites is incomplete so the team decorated the office with kites and flags. Everyone was super excited about the festivities planned for the day ahead.
The management wished for everyone to be present in traditional attire and I must say, all the employees put their best foot forward when it came to getting dressed up. There were some fun games planned for the team. Everyone got so competitive that they were all talking on top of their voices :D. Cups were evidently a part of most of the games but the most fun game was when all the members were divided into two teams and had the challenge to catch ping-pong balls with cups. To keep up with the Independence day theme, we also decided to play the game of states and their capitals.
I think no one had ever seen such a fun side of most of their coworkers and team leaders because for those few hours, it wasn’t about the posts and positions, it became more about the family as a whole. This unity of Tech9logy Creators is what sets us apart and makes each occasion a day full of merrymaking and crazy memories.
The day ended with some lip-smacking snacks along with a few beverages. It would be safe to say on everyone’s behalf that this Independence Day Celebration was one of the most zestful and cheerfull days we’ve had as Tech9ites.
