The Tech9logy team played a pivotal role in developing the Experience Customer Portal and a robust LWC Search Component for Sysdig, enabling their customers to find relevant answers & access resources altogether and connect with their support team efficiently. Additionally, we aided them with Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge base and case management processes to expedite their support process. Our Service Cloud specialists worked diligently to enhance customer satisfaction, promote fast case resolution, and ensure efficient omnichannel routing.
