Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)
It is our standard process to sign a Non-disclosure agreement with all of our clients and employees. For our clients, it states that any and all proprietary information shared with us for the project’s scope stays safe and we do not hold any right to share or publish it in any form to any outsiders. As for employees, signing an NDA protects our client’s interest as it forbids them from discussing, using or implementing anything related to the client’s project with anyone.
Technology Protection
We are well-versed in the latest technologies and implement them to the best of our abilities to safeguard our client’s data. By using the best firewalls, antivirus and anti-malware software, we ensure our devices protect all data, even when our team isn’t working with it. We conduct internal and external software and security audits to always remain one step ahead of any potential data leaks.
Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
All of our projects run on separate IPs which prevents anyone from getting all-round access. Exchange of IP between projects is strictly prohibited within Tech9logy Creators as they work at separate physical locations and on different LANs.
Infrastructure Security

We have equipped our office with a state-of-the-art surveillance system that works 24*7. Only authorised personnel are allowed to access a system that contains any data related to our clients.
