The festive season has already begun, and Tech9ites were awaiting the official confirmation about the Diwali Party in the office premises. In response to the overwhelming excitement and numerous queries, management surprised us with a Diwali Party Invitation email. It was a delightful surprise for us that brought an extra spark to the festive spirit, as the email promised a day full of traditions, fun activities, games, and delicious food.
Office Decorations: An Effort to Make Premises #JagmagLikeaPro
Tech9ites were awestruck to unveil their office premises adorned with vibrant decorations, including beautiful rangolis at the entrance, colorful danglers hanging across the workspace, and golden Diwali lights, which created the perfect festive backdrop. The entire place was glowing, just like the happy faces of Tech9ites flaunting their traditional wear! It was all adding up to our party theme this year: #JagmagLikeaPro.
Beginning the Day with Pooja
To mark the auspicious occasion, we started the day with a Diwali pooja ritual, seeking blessings for prosperity, happiness, and continued success. The serene atmosphere set the perfect tone for the celebration ahead.
Saiyyan Singing Challenge & Other Games
Once the pooja concluded, it was time to turn up the energy! Our crazy Saiyyan singing challenge brought out the hidden singers among us, filling the room with laughter and excitement. Cheering and playful teasing filled the air as we discovered unexpected talents, from heartfelt ballads to side-splitting performances that had everyone in stitches.
Next came the candle-blowing activity, where everyone enthusiastically participated, adding a playful touch to the festivities. Each person took their turn, some blowing gently while others took a deep breath and puffed with all their might. Once the candles were out, cheers erupted, and everyone clapped, delighted to participate in this joyful activity.
Following this, we played a fascinating game where each Tech9ite impersonated a specific type of cracker. We all enjoyed the laughter and creativity that flowed throughout the room as we embodied our chosen crackers. Everyone brought their own unique twist to the game, resulting in some unforgettable impressions and plenty of jokes that kept the energy high.
Photo Session & Dance
And of course, no celebration is complete without capturing the moment; our photo session was filled with bright smiles and traditional outfits. Tech9ites enjoyed getting clicked with their colleagues at the Diwali tradition selfie point. The beats dropped, and so did all inhibitions! Everyone joined in for an energetic dance session, lighting up the floor with pure festive joy.
A Feast to Remember
After all the fun, it was time to indulge in a delicious festive lunch with an array of delicacies. From traditional favorites to everyone’s go-to treats, the food made the celebration even more memorable.
Sweet Endings with Gifts & Mithai
Diwali is incomplete without gifts and sweets! Every team member received Diwali gifts and mithai as tokens of appreciation and festive love.
