After working rigorously and chasing deadlines throughout the year, it was finally time to cherish a big milestone- Tech9logy Creators’ 12th Anniversary! 17th July 2026 wasn’t another working day for Tech9ites, as it was an occasion to swap laptops for pool floats, meetings for wavy music, and work mode for party mode! The excitement touched the sky ever since the party invitation landed in our inboxes.
We were all excited to celebrate 12 Years of Trust, Tech, and Transformation in the most memorable way possible. This year’s anniversary celebration was extra special, as it was the first official event for our CEO Ankit Bansal’s baby boy, Kheeyansh Bansal.
And guess what? Tech9ites really made the most of this event with their enthusiastic zeal.

A Picture-Perfect Welcome to the Special Event!
As we entered the venue, a special Pool Party-themed selfie point awaited us! The entry became picture-perfect, and Tech9ites really enjoyed getting themselves clicked at the selfie point. As we stepped in, a stunning surfboard greeted us. The venue was completely wrapped in our 12th Anniversary theme, encompassing a beautifully decorated poolside area with themed-colored balloons. With the sparkling blue pool waiting just a few steps away, excitement was palpable!
Starting off the Party with a Delicious Lunch
The celebration began on a delicious note as everyone gathered to enjoy a hearty welcome lunch featuring everyone’s favorite: hot and flavourful Chole Bhature. It was the perfect way to fuel up for an exciting day ahead! There was laughter, storytelling, and plenty of catching up beyond project discussions as Tech9ites gathered at the dining table.
Spotlight on the Amazing Award Ceremony
With everyone energized and the excitement roaring, it was time to recognize those individuals whose commitment, innovation, and perseverance helped shape Tech9logy Creators over the past year. As each awardee walked onto the stage to receive their well-deserved recognition, the atmosphere echoed with applause, cheers, and proud smiles. Adding inspiration to the celebration, Mr. Ankit Bansal shared the incredible journey of building Tech9logy Creators over the past twelve years, contemplating the challenges, milestones, and the vision that continues to drive the organization forward.
The award ceremony began by recognizing the employees whose dedication, perseverance, and unwavering commitment played a vital role in helping Tech9logy Creators achieve this remarkable milestone. Mr. Suraj and Mr. Pawan received exclusive awards in recognition of their incredible five-year journey with the company.

Once the awards concluded, it was time for everyone to change into swimming gear.
The announcement alone was enough to fill the venue with excitement.
Soon, the poolside came alive with laughter, cheerful splashes, and endless fun. From friendly water games and playful races to dancing to upbeat music and capturing memorable moments, everyone embraced the spirit of celebration. The pool echoed with joy as colleagues let loose, bonded beyond work, and created unforgettable memories together, making it one of the most vibrant highlights.
Special Team Dinner & Cake Cutting Ceremony
The party continued with a delightful spread of refreshing mocktails and an array of irresistible starters that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The evening then continued with a lavish dinner buffet featuring a wide variety of dishes, thoughtfully curated to satisfy every palate. From rich flavors to delightful desserts, every bite added to the celebration. As Tech9ites gathered around the dinner tables, sharing stories, laughter, and reflections on the day’s festivities, the atmosphere was filled with warmth, togetherness, and gratitude.
No anniversary celebration is complete without a grand cake-cutting ceremony! A beautifully designed cake, decorated in vibrant colors inspired by our 12th anniversary theme, was brought to the center of the celebration. As the countdown began, Tech9ites came together to cut the cake amid loud cheers, applause, and joyful laughter. It was a beautiful moment that symbolized unity, appreciation, and the shared success of the entire Tech9logy family.
Pik-A-Boo: It’s 2 O’Clock & The Ghosts Are Still Alive!
The fun continued well into the night as Tech9ites enjoyed an exciting pillow fight and a variety of fun games, filling the late night with laughter and friendly competition. Later, we gathered to make fresh popcorn, sip hot tea, and share stories, making the night even more memorable. This Chai Par Charcha moment with our coworkers was a special highlight of the day, and it even led to something devilish!
Just when everyone thought the excitement was over, a mischievous prank was planned! With our HR dressed as a ghost, we playfully “haunted” our sleeping teammates, encouraging priceless reactions and endless laughter.
Morning Fun: Howzaatttt!
How could our night stay end without cricket in the morning? In the early morning, we all gathered in the playground to continue with our tradition. We split into teams, each filled with excitement and some friendly rivalry. As we bowled, batted, and fielded, laughter filled the air, and the worries of the world faded away. Our love for cricket brought us closer, making it the perfect ending to our night stay.
Tech9ites really enjoyed themselves at the party and made memories they would cherish for years to come!
